Can I print a label for every cup?

Yes. Label printers print a label for each item with the name, size and options. Receipt, kitchen and label printers connect over USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

How does the order assistant work?

On PointO POS it listens as the customer orders and adds the items, sizes and options. Your team checks the order before charging.

I already use Square. Do I have to switch?

No. On Flourish, connect Square and your menu, orders and availability stay in sync with PointO BMS. Or use PointO POS and it's all connected already.

What does card processing cost?

Payments are processed by Moneris. In-person credit is interchange + 0.8% on Rooted or + 0.5% on Flourish, and debit is $0.35 per transaction on Rooted or $0.25 on Flourish.
